The Advocate by Randy Singer Book Review

My Thoughts:

Historical fiction at its best! If you have never read one of Randy Singer’s novels then you are missing out. Randy Singer does his homework and delivers a breath taking story of the trail of Christ. 

I really appreciate it when an author can recreate a story keeping to the Biblical and historical facts that we know it as accurate as it can be. Of course we know that when writing a historical fiction you need to get creative. Unfortunately many authors go way off course of the historical facts. Not many authors can do it but Randy Singer sure can nail it.

 As far as the characters are concerned they are ones that we already know from the pages of the Bible or those we have heard of from history. The characters just come alive within the pages of this historical fiction book. You get to feel the suspense, emotions, and the culture of the times while reading this story.

I haven’t read a book yet from Randy Singer where he doesn’t focus on our Lord, Jesus.

We know how this story ends.  A mixture of sadness and yet a feeling of joy knowing that He paid the price for our sins.

 Well done story that I had a hard time pulling myself away from the pages. I now eagerly wait for another one of Randy Singers novels.
