 My Thoughts:

I was really excited to read another adventure in Lily’s life. I somehow missed book 2 in this series. 

Lily Lapp is at it again. She is just too curious and seems to find trouble around every corner. She’s a good girl but she knows how to make life interesting.

I think Suazzne Woods Fisher and Mary Ann Kissinger have done an amazing job with this series. This is a great series that is wholesome, entertaining, and will delight parents and children alike for years to come. I love it when I find a book that I don’t have to worry about for my kids to read. 

 

The chapters are short and feel like mini short stories. Which I think is what makes this a great book for younger kids to keep their attention. I also liked how they have a, “Frequently Asked Questions About the Amish” at the end of the book. Then you have an easy recipe at the end of the book. 

I hope that this is not the end of this spunky, adventurous girl.
