My thoughts:
If you or someone you know suffers with
infertility I would recommend this book. It is jammed packed with scripture and
words of comfort. Very straight forward with how it feels to have infertility
issues.
If you are a pastor or a counselor this
is something you should read. The author writes from experience and from the
heart. Unless you have walked the road of infertility you just don’t understand
what it is like to deal with infertility.
Having dealt with infertility myself I
was very touched by the scriptures that were used throughout this book. The
scriptures are perfect for each topic that is covered in each chapter.
I like the fact that is not a long drawn
out book. It is short, to the point, and doesn’t candy coat the topic of
infertility.
If you are having a bad day and need some
hope or encouragement you can quickly scan the index and read the chapter
within five minutes. The scriptures are written out in the book. There is a lot
of God’s word in this book.
Thank you Lesli for a wonderful book that
I believe was very God inspired to those who need encouragement when it comes
to infertility. There is a web site for more support if you are interested.
You can read about some of my infertility
journey in my, “About Me” page on this blog. My journey is unique from others
just like each and every one who walks the road of infertility. Then again I am
not as open to share my heart openly on my blog about the issue. I will gladly
share it if I am asked or dealing with another person on the same road.
Litfuse Publicity
Group has provided me with a complimentary copy of this book. In no way was I
asked to give a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
