The Beautiful Word Adult Coloring Book Review
June 30, 2017
Make
your time with the Lord even more meaningful as you color and reflect on His
love for you with The Beautiful Word Creative Coloring and Hand Lettering.
Learn simple techniques of hand lettering with the clear guides included in
this deluxe coloring and hand lettering book!
My
Thoughts:
This
is a beautiful 10”x10” book with 112 pages. The pages are thick and I haven’t
had any bleed through with the medians I have used. The pages are perforated for you to easily
take them out to color or frame or maybe to share. The book will lay out flat if you apply a bit
of pressure to it.
All the illustrations are black and white. It’s laid out in
a two page spread with one page having a full coloring page and the following
page with a Bible scripture on it. Some of the scriptures have designs to color
around them. All the lettering of the scripture verses vary. You can also color
the lettering. The scripture verses look like they are from New
King James, English Standard, and New International versions.
The
coloring pictures vary from flowers, animals, insects, and designs. Some of the
pages are busy while others aren’t as busy.
There
is a page on hand lettering that is very basic about. In the back of the
coloring book is a practice page for hand lettering. This portion is very
little in this book with covering hand lettering. If your looking for just hand
lettering then this will not meet your needs.
Overall,
this is a lovely adult coloring book that I’m looking forward to using more in
the future.
