iPad Update
January 09, 2012
Some of you know that I have been trying to get an iPad for Bug. We have looked into so many ways of trying to acquire one for her.
Last week an anonymous member from our congregation gifted Bug with the money for us to buy her an iPad! I was very touched by this. I pray that they are blessed in double portion for this act. This is considered the highest form of giving when the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. In other words- they don't want to the person or others to know they are the one who gave it. Our heavenly Father knows. Thank you.
I have been able to download a few items on the iPad that are beneficial for her. I have to search around for the ones I need for her as time permits.
I am so grateful for the iPad and it has already been a big plus in our school with her and with Little Man.
One of the apps I downloaded was math flashcards. She did the flashcards for 20 minutes! I couldn't believe it. The iPad has motivated her in was I could of never imagined. I also added some fun things like squashing the bugs, Tom the cat, and Little Man begged me for Angry Birds.
