My Thoughts:

I broke away from my normal genre with this book! I have never read any other books by Becky Wade. This is the second book in this series but the book stands alone.
This story takes off running from page one and then slows down after a few chapters. It took me awhile to get through this book which is unusual for me.

While the main character’s find a relationship with God within the pages of this story. It’s a wholesome love story where to people find out that they are still in love after years of being separated.

After Celia’s marriage fell apart the day after her wedding day. Celia finds herself pregnant and doesn’t inform Ty that she is going to have his child. Celia is a strong willed single mom raising her child the best she can. Financially she is doing well as a single mom. I wasn’t drawn in by her character overall but she was likable.
Ty is a bull rider which made for an interesting story. Years after the one day wedding bliss he searches for Celia and discovers that he has a child. Ty decides to stick around to get to know his daughter.

Some humorous parts throughout the book that made me laugh. I had a hard time relating to the characters. I think they just annoyed me and I wanted the story to move faster.
Really this is not a terrible book. Overall I liked the book, I just didn’t love it. It wasn’t my usual genre.

Litfuse Publicity Group has provided me with a complimentary copy of this book. In no way was I asked to give a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
