The Revealing (The Inn at Eagle Hill) Book Review By Suzanne Woods Fisher
July 18, 2014
Naomi King, soft spoken, loyal, and
easily overlooked, has a gift. She sees what others can't see. Intuition, she
calls it. Others in Stoney Ridge don't know what to make of it and dismiss her
hunches and inklings altogether.
When a young woman arrives at the Inn at Eagle Hill with a shocking secret about Tobe Schrock, Naomi fears the worst. She can't ignore the feeling that something sinister is at work--- something more than a threat to the tenuous love begun between her and Tobe.
As signs mount, they begin to point to Jake Hertzler, the elusive mastermind behind Schrock Investments' downfall. Soon, events spiral hopelessly out of control and Naomi must decide whether to listen to her head or her heart.
In this riveting conclusion to The Inn at Eagle Hill series, bestselling author Suzanne Woods Fisher pulls out all the stops with a fast-paced tale of deception, revelation, and just the right dose of romance.

My Thoughts:
This is the third
book in, “The Inn at Eagle Hill” series. The third book could stand alone. In
all honesty I think it would be much easier understanding the whole series and
the characters if you read the first two books in the series. It just gives you
a better feel of the whole dynamics of the characters and the events in the
third and final book in this series.
I’m happy to finally
see the conclusion of this series. My wait was well worth it as the finale was
amazing. I was really surprised at all the twist and turns in this last book. The
conclusion was very fitting and all the loose ends came together nicely.
I love all the
characters in this series. They are all so different and all have such a unique
personality that I almost hate that it’s the end. I hope that Mrs. Fisher
continues to give us a glimpse in these characters life in her future novels.
I was glad to see
Naomi King’s character blossom in this book. She was a very admirable character
that has inner strength that you wouldn’t expect. Her faiths always shined through
you just never knew what she was really made of before until this final
installment.
All the characters develop in unexpected ways.
The fun part of reading all the books in the series is seeing the change and their
faith with God. The Schrock family really goes through the ringer. They all get
tested and just when things look brighter for them they find relationships
tested. Their faith is tested by fire. They have a strong relationship with one
another.
Then you also have
some new characters introduced that are not all what they seem on the outside.
It all comes down to
forgiveness is what I have taken away from this book.
I have really
enjoyed this series. I like it when I don’t know what to expect in a story. I
have gone from not being very fond of certain characters to falling in love
with them. What I think will happen to the characters in not what happened with
many unexpected twist and turns.
I am not going to
give away any spoilers as you are just going to have to find out for yourself.
I think you will be delighted.

Hi Renee! Thank you for your lovely review of "Revealing" and for bringing out some details of the story (without giving anything away). So glad you want to see more of some characters...I'm starting a new series now and appreciate the feedback. Hope you'll be on the blog tour for the upcoming Christmas novella! Warmly, Suzanne
