God, I Know You're There Book Review by Bonnie Rickner Jensen
February 20, 2019
God,
I Know You're There leans into the wonder of a
childlike faith and celebrates both God and His marvelous creation. Each verse
helps a child to understand that there are things in the world we can't see,
touch, or hear, and yet they are real. And even if God feels distant, He is as
real as the wind and sun.
Clouds, I can't snuggle you.
Still I know you're there.
I watch you forming puffy shapes:
A lion, bird, and bear.
Moon, I can't swing from you.
Still I know you're there.
You're hanging like a silver night-light
In the evening air.
This delightful walk through the wonder of creation closes with this powerful reminder: God, I know You're there.
Bonnie Rickner Jensen is an award-winning, bestselling author with more than 1.1 million books sold. Her timeless approach to a bedtime book will be the perfect way for families to end the day together.
My Thoughts:
This book is a keeper. What an adorable kids book.
What a sweet reminder for our little ones to let them know that God is always there with them even though they can’t see Him.

The sing song poem is lovely in this board book. The poem is
something my kids would have loved with the charming words and beautiful
illustrations.
The illustrator Lucy Fleming has created a lovely book to
explore. Each page is fully illustrated and colored.
This is would make a wonderful gift for someone special! You can enter below and see if you can win one for that special kid. Click on the graphic to enter.
