I absolutely love children’s books. This charming book has beautiful illustrations that look like watercolors painted in pastel colors-it is stunning. The illustrations stand out and grab your attention. The detail on each page makes you pause to look at each and every masterpiece splashed across the pages. You could frame these beautiful pages in this book. This book is a keeper and would make a beautiful gift to a new mom.

The story is told in a poem like tale about a prayer that a mamma deer tells her sweet fawn. You see other delightful animals everything from a birds, giraffe, elephant, horse, and a few others. The mamma deer is telling her promises from God and tugging her fawn to bed at night.
