Indescribable Atlas
Adventures: An Explorer's Guide to Geography, Animals, and Cultures Through
God's Amazing World by Louie Giglio was a no-brainer to add to my library. My family has enjoyed several of Louie Giglio's
books throughout the years.
The atlas is fully
colored. The illustrations are eye-catching and the facts throughout will engage
you in the amazing world that God has created.
There are snippets
about each country, flags, and a country map. Each map is simplified and doesn’t
include all the mountain ranges, rivers, all the cities. It gives you a good
overview of the country and continents. This doesn’t hinder learning about the places
for young children. It’s not overwhelming and gives you enough information to
introduce your child to our world.
Each country has a
section with “key facts” about the area. There are boxes throughout with
different information on animals, learn the language, and religion, explore
the country, important people associated with the country, and scripture.
The book is intended
for ages 5-10. This atlas can be used independently with a child exploring or
with an adult.
This would make a
great addition to your home or homeschool library.
