20 Years of Marriage
June 15, 2010
This week Jeff and I celebrate our 20th Anniversary. We have been together for 23 years. Can you believe that it has been 20 years! Wow! Honestly it doesn't seem like it has been that long. Sometimes my husband likes to say things to me like, "do you realize that over half of your existence you have been with me." Its true, he has had the pleasure of putting up with me longer than my own mother did! : o)
We met when I was 17 years old and he was 21. We both worked together at a hardware store when we first met. Here we are 23 years later. It has truly been a good 20 years. I am so thankful that the Lord gave me such a wonderful man. He is passionate about serving the Lord. He is a wonderful father to our children. Thank you Lord for giving me a wonderful husband. Happy Anniversary Jeff!
