The National Bible Bee Competition 2018 & A Giveaway
May 07, 2018
The
greatest gift we can give our kids is to instill God’s word into their hearts. Teaching
them to memorize scripture is giving them something to grasp onto in all
situations in their life.
The National Bible Bee you can join thousands of kids ages 5-18 learn how to
memorize God’s precious words. The National Bible Bee has an amazing 8-week Summer Study program to help and encourage your kids memorize and study the scriptures.
To register for the Summer Study you will need to sign up by May 31st. The Summer Study program is a 8-week program. You can do the 8-week study at home, within a church, or a hosted group in your area. There is information available to see if there is a hosted group in your area or you can become a host in your area.
You can click the graphic below if your interested in participating in The Summer Study.
At
the conclusion of your Summer Study Program, (August 10-13) you have the opportunity
to take the qualifying test and be part of The National Bible Bee Game Show. If
you score within the top 120 in your age range division and can met the other
requirements you will be invited to be a contestant at The National Bible Bee Competition
(NBBC).
The
show is hosted by Kirk Cameron this coming year. The six episode show will
feature 15 contestants from the three age division in the primary, junior, and
senior. There is a $270,000 in prize money.
It
amazes me that each of the contestants will memorize between 600-950 scripture
verses. Wow! That is truly impressive and most important it’s life giving for
those who have digested all those scriptures in their hearts and minds.
The
National Bible Bee Competition 2018 will be held at Oak Hills Church in San
Antonio, TX on December 3–6.
