My Thoughts:
I love good quality meaningful children’s books. This is the second children’s book I have read from Amy Kavelaris who is both the author and the illustrator.
This is a larger hardcover book. The intended age is up to eight years old.
The illustrations are darling in beautiful pastel watercolors. The characters are lambs, puppies, and bunnies. The illustrations will capture the imagination of little ones and adults alike. It’s a reminder that God is carrying them each and every day. I love that each day is filled with these adorable animals showing how His promises and steadfast love.
The story reads like a sing-along rhyme sprinkled with God’s Word sprinkled throughout. Hidden in the illustrations you will find fourteen treasures throughout. The treasures are scripture references that you can look up and find the promises our Savior made to us.
You can get a free activity guide with this book. https://bit.ly/GoodMor
