ICB, Princess Bible Purple Pearl Review
February 29, 2016
This is an adorable hardback Bible that will be appealing to girls. It’s sparkles, shines, and has a pretty crown on the front cover. The font is an average. The front of the Bible has Key Verse Highlight, almost like a small concordance that highlights certain words to find within the scripture. There is a place to dedicate the Bible to the special princess in your life. A one page family genealogy to fill in, Why Should I Read the Bible, and a Bible Timeline.
The back of the
Bible has a Bible dictionary, Where Do I Find It, What God Promises About…, Memory
Verses For My Life, The Names of God, The Miracles of Jesus, The Disciples,
Kids in the Bible, and Colored Maps.
This is the
International Children’s Bible translation. ICB is an easy to read translation for
young readers. I didn’t notice any scriptures that lost the meaning in the
scriptures. This is a full Bible that includes both the Old and New Testaments.
The Bible is a
two column layout. A few pages have footnotes at the bottom of the page. Also
within the Bible is also full colored pages that are inspirational, pertain to
a certain scripture passage that was just read, or othe topics like: How Do I
Pray, How Do I Study the Bible, and other topics.
This is nice
Bible to give a special girl in your life.
