Magic Stix Washable Markers Review

I’m excited to share with you another product from ThePencil Grip, Inc. They have a new product Magic Stix Washable Markers. I received a 12 pack-Magic Stix Markers for this review.

You may be wondering what makes these washable markers so unique. They are GUARANTEED not to dry out if you forget to put the cap on for 7 days. Sounds like a challenge doesn’t it!

The markers are washable a big plus for young kids. Having a child with special needs I love markers being washable and she doesn't always put the caps on all the way. A big win for easy clean up and having some time to check the lids. They wipe up easily with a baby wipe and with a wet paper towel. 

They are odorless a big plus for kids with sensitivity to smells. The markers are also safe as they are non-toxic. They have a vented safety cap. All the caps are the same color. Pet peeve on my end but I dislike lids being put on the wrong color! All the lids are the same which means one less thing I need to do. 

The colors are bold and bright which is very important when your kids are creating masterpieces. The 12 pack comes with red, orange, pink, yellow, light and dark green, light and dark blue, light and dark purple, brown, and black. The markers are also available in a 24-pack.

I love the storage case they come in. The markers snap into this clear case and lock and unlock easily. It’s a great storage for storing or for on the go. 

Since I love a good challenge and that The Pencil Grip, Inc. claims the markers won’t dry out for 7 days. I was curious to see if they really don’t dry out and to see if the bold and bright colors change if you leave the cap off. 

I had to push the test one more day. I left the caps off of two colors for 8 days. Do they live up to the name of being Magic Stix. Yes! Not only did they not dry out. The markers kept their bold and bright colors. Using the markers I didn’t have to work them to get them going either. The strokes are still smooth and the colors came alive as soon as I made contact with the paper. Impressive is all I can say.

My testers-my 15 year old daughter and my 12 year old son. They have been busy making several crafts with the Magic Stix Marker.

 My kids have been making some Hanukkah crafts to decorated the house. The markers also color on wood craft sticks nicely.

We have been having fun creating other masterpieces with the Magic Stix.

My only complaint if you would call it a complaint is that I would love to have a thinner marker for the Magic Stix. My kids are older and love to color more detailed pictures. 

I love these markers and look forward to having my kids create many crafts.  They make perfect gifts for kids. My kids are already asking for the 24-pack of Magic Stix Washable Markers. These are nice markers to add to your art supplies. They make perfect gifts for Hanukkah, birthdays, and just for fun.
